Chains for the blinds in preschool age room are not anchored. Fixed prior to virtual visit. In the preschool room there are several cords plugged in that are accessible to children. Fixed prior to virtual visit. The food warmer in the Sprouts classroom is located in an area that children have regular access on a counter between two handwashing sinks and across from the diaper changing table. The warmer is hot to the touch and poses a burn risk. Outlets in the preschool age room are not tamper resistant.
